Women Breaking Barriers.
Women Breaking Barriers NI aims to engage women in training and skills development through an employment support programme that includes intensive wrap-around support and programmes with proven benefits in improving wellbeing.
What skills are covered?
Training includes the GOALS motivational programme, World Host Customer Service and a bespoke Health and Social Care programme. Participants can take part in a variety of workshops, talks, site visits, tailored to their needs. Afterwards they will be supported to progress onto further training or employment. The project takes into account the particular barriers that women face in gaining and retaining employment, led by recognised established experts in the women’s sector.
