Level 1 Makaton Course

Join Women Breaking Barriers for a fun, free, and practical introduction to inclusive communication. This Level 1 Makaton course will help you learn basic signs and symbols to support communication with people who have speech, language, or learning difficulties.

Course Details:

• Dates: 13 & 20 October, 3 November 2025

• Time: 10:00am – 12:15pm

• Venue: Cithrah Foundation, Unit 6, De Courcy Centre, Lancasterian Street, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AG

Eligibility: Participants must be economically inactive to take part.
